Taste of 1991: Novecento Turns 35
Novecento is celebrating 35 years with “A Taste of 1991,” a 35-day anniversary campaign that is running September 5 through October 9, 2026. The campaign pays tribute to the year Novecento first opened its doors in SoHo, New York, when Argentinian founder Hector Rolotti opened the original restaurant on West Broadway.
The celebration brings guests back to 1991 through nostalgic food, cocktails, music, and cultural references, while highlighting Novecento’s Argentinian roots and 35-year history. The campaign is available at Brickell, Aventura, Doral, Delray Beach, and Key Biscayne.
Anniversary Promotions:
- Parrillada ’91 – $35: Choice of two Milanesas (Burrata, Fugazetta, A Caballo or Napolitana) and two house sides. Available throughout the 35-day celebration.
- Tiramisú ’91 – $16: Shareable traditional layered tiramisu with mascarpone cream, ladyfingers and cacao, available throughout the campaign.
- Throwback Cocktails – $14 each: El Vermú del ’91, El Noventoso and Campari con Naranja.
- Complimentary 35th Anniversary Wine: Guests ordering a Parrillada or Parrilladita receive a complimentary limited-edition Rutini Special Blend 35th Anniversary Wine. A second bottle is available to take home for $35.
- 35¢ Empanadas – October 9 only: Select empanadas are just 35 cents each with the purchase of any entrée, limit two per person, dine-in only.
