Tori Easterling is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Georgia, a sales manager, and an industry educator with nearly 20 years of residential real estate experience. Since beginning her career in 2006, she has built her reputation on developing people, strengthening businesses, and creating systems that drive consistent results. Tori has coached and trained hundreds of agents, led growth initiatives, and held leadership roles focused on performance and sustainability. Her background as an instructor gives clients a deeper understanding of contracts, negotiation, and risk management. She serves on the Delray Beach Chamber Speaker’s Bureau, the board of the Gold Coast Council of Public Relations, and the Professional Development Committee for Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®, where she is also faculty. While leadership is her primary focus, she continues to work with select buyers and sellers who value structure, discretion, and expert guidance. Her philosophy: Clarity creates momentum.
