- 9:30-10:00: "Attorney Updates” – Hear details on exclusive buyer’s broker agreements from expert Charles Esposito (to be enforceable hopefully by the end of summer).
- 10:00-10:45: “Jerilyn Walter of Posh Properties will provide an update about the NAR Settlement and how it will affect the Real Estate industry”, and
"Quick Market Review” – Updates for both residential and commercial market. - 10:45-11:15: Introductions and "Haves & Wants" in their current markets.
