Real Estate Roundtable - June 2024

Professionals within all aspects of real estate are welcome to attend this quarterly program. Speakers will include realtors, builders, project owners and more. Bring your "haves" and "wants" to share with the group!
 

• 9:00-9:30am: "Property Appraiser Update” – Hear an update for both residential and commercial values as well as updates on sales and market for condos. Experts include: Dale Kissel (Condominiums), Michael Schwartz (Residential), and Kevin Mast (Commercial).
• 9:30-10:00: "Attorney Updates” – Hear details on exclusive buyer’s broker agreements from expert Charles Esposito (to be enforceable hopefully by the end of summer).
• 10:00-10:45: “Jerilyn Walter of Posh Properties will provide an update about the NAR Settlement and how it will affect the Real Estate industry”, and 
  "Quick Market Review” – Updates for both residential and commercial market.
• 10:45-11:15: Introductions and "Haves & Wants" in their current markets.
