DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Nonprofit Council "SUMMIT Series" as we reach new heights in 2025! We will be dividing our meetings into three key areas of development\, each one needed to climb\, conquer and inspire the mountain of challenges before us. Join us each month as we gear up to reach the SUMMIT together!\n\n  \n\n"Data and Analytics":  We will be doing some pre-climb work in hopes of scaling a higher peak January\, February and March as we study our data and analytics. Get ready to climb as we analyze and prepare data like never before.\n\n\n\n"Financial Roadmap": Join us as we create a development roadmap for your financial needs\, wants and goals. We will turn to the team at Nonprofits First to help with this quarter\; April\, May and June will challenge each of us to conquer those numbers and scale higher than ever before. June we will shine a spotlight on Do Good Delray and preparations for our 5th season.\n\n \n\n"Plan of Programs & Asks": August\, September & October will nudge us up the mountain as we take our data\, analytics\, crafted budgets and move on to the calendar of events\, campaigns and donor development. CROS Ministries leaders will share their experiences to inspire us all in our programs and campaigns.\n\n \n\nAdd to that our Speaker's Dinner & Daylong Seminar in June\, a wrap-up discussion in November and our 5th Annual Beyond Words Storytelling Competition in December for an expedition like no other!\n\n \n\nJoin us as we climb together in 2025.
