Residential Realtors’ Roundtable 
The session will include a presentation by the Property Appraisers’ office on a history of property values and significant, game-changing development milestones that have made Delray Beach the successful market that it is. This will be followed by instructions on how Realtors can use the PAPA web page for research, comps, and historical property data.

Next, Pam Guerrier, Executive Director of the PBC Office of Equal‎ Opportunity will provide a Fair Housing update.
 
Mark Woods, City of Delray Beach Code Enforcement, will speak on the various regulations that Realtors need to know and follow in the City.
 
Following the presentations, we will have roundtable discussion on various issues affecting realtors in Delray Beach and tips on how the various City departments and the Chamber can help.
